ORDER INSTRUCTIONS

Please Note

- ORDERS WITHOUT FUNCTIONING EMAIL ADDRESS WILL NOT BE PROCESSED ! ! !

- PLEASE DO NOT MAKE A SAME ORDER TWICE!
If you accidentally made an error in the order form, PLEASE EMAIL US with what should be changed!

MINIMUM ORDER 10 EUR (before postage).

1. Order confirmation
You will get an automatic order confirmation email after placing your order.  If you don't get this automatic email, please contact us via email dreadviolet@gmail.com. Please NOTE! if you haven't left us your email address, we cannot send you an email... Orders without functioning email address will be canceled immediately.

2. Postage. Postage costs will be confirmed when we process your order.

3. Payment methods. After we have processed your order, you receive an email with an invoice (or paypal invoice in international orders). Be patient, it may take some time, even a day. But in any case please DO NOT make the same order twice!

From international customers, we accept PayPal or SEPA (old EU bank transfer (with IBAN & SWIFT(BIC) codes)). Items will not be sent until we've received the payment.

If you have any problems / questions about ordering, email us dreadviolet@gmail.com. You can always order via email if you have problems understanding the form.

Terms & Conditions (WEBSHOP)

By placing an order at Dreadviolet, you agree to all of the terms & conditions listed below.

If you do not understand all or part of them, it is your responsibility to contact us before you order.

1. Buyer must be over 18 years old. Orders for underaged persons must be made by their guardians name and with their consent.

2. Prices of all products include VAT 22%. If you have a VAT registered business inside EU, please leave your VAT number.

3. Placing an order is binding. Therefore, if you have anything to ask, email us before you place an order.

4. We consider orders cancelled if they haven't been paid within 5 days of automatic order confirmation. 

5. All prices are subject to change without notice. Prices are in Euros (EUR).

6. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

Processing times

Products are sent only when we have received your payment.

Payment methods & shipping costs

For international customers, we accept SEPA Bank Transfer (within EU) or PayPal.
Postage costs will be confirmed when we process your order. Please not that the cost in order form is only an estimate.
